By accessing or using Aethyro ("the Software," "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users including individuals, businesses, and organizations.
2. Description of Service
Aethyro is AI-powered productivity software that runs locally on your hardware. The Service includes:
- Local AI inference via connected language models
- Automated document drafting and summarization tools
- Workflow automation agents for professional tasks
- Integration tools for business operations
Aethyro is designed to assist professionals with productivity tasks. It is not a provider of legal, medical, financial, accounting, or any other licensed professional services.
3. Not Professional Advice
All content, outputs, suggestions, documents, and analysis generated by Aethyro are for informational and productivity purposes only. Nothing produced by the Service constitutes:
- Legal advice or representation
- Medical or clinical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
- Financial, tax, or accounting advice
- Any other form of licensed professional advice
All AI-generated outputs must be reviewed and verified by a qualified licensed professional before use in any professional context. You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on AI-generated content.
4. Data Privacy & Local Processing
Aethyro processes all data locally on your hardware. We do not:
- Transmit your client data, documents, or queries to Aethyro servers
- Store your data on external servers
- Use your data to train external AI models
- Share your data with third parties
You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable data protection laws (including HIPAA, GDPR, and state privacy laws) relevant to your industry and jurisdiction.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Aethyro to:
- Generate content that is unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent
- Impersonate any person, business, or licensed professional
- Create or distribute malware or harmful code
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract proprietary components
6. Subscription & Billing
Aethyro is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges per your selected plan. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods except where required by law.
A 14-day free trial is available. No charge is made during the trial period. You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid any charge.
7. Intellectual Property
Aethyro and its underlying technology, branding, and software remain the intellectual property of Aethyro. You retain full ownership of any content or data you input into the Service. AI-generated outputs produced from your inputs are yours to use subject to these Terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AETHYRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aethyro, its owners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
